You will have to be sure to add this recipe to your list of things to bake in the next week! You won’t regret it. This brownie recipe won a contest that was held recently (check out the Best Brownie Ever Award Goes To… for more details about the contest).
The recipe wasn’t originally submitted on my blog comments and since the recipe won, here you can find the recipe with permission from Nicole – who was the submitter and who humbly accepted the first place award! She has simply requested a certificate she can show her kids that she won the contest. I think she still deserves some Hershey’s cocoa to spruce up her already good recipe.
A note from Nicole that was submitted with the recipe:
I have hunted for a long time for the best brownies. I used to plan trips to the States to get the Betty Crocker mix with Hershey’s chunks, but now I have found some homemade ones that are just as delicious!

Did you know this recipe is from Anita & Keith at MBC Conference? Anita & Keith, thank you for sharing your recipe with Nicole who shared the recipe in the Best Brownie Ever Contest and now I can share this recipe with so many other people!
Go and make them now and enjoy!!
If you think you have a better brownie recipe you can still submit it in the comment section below, but there will be no more brownie contests. That ship has sailed and landed and never going out again… at least not for brownies!
Be sure to send a Congratulations to Nicole in the comment section below!
(She can show it off to her kids who already think and know she is the best brownie baker!)
