Try to get your work out done first thing. Then you don’t have to worry about it or dread it later in the day. I finally got mine in before 7pm! I know for us women if we don’t get it done early chances are we won’t do it!
Post workout thoughts: If you have time soak in the tub with some Epsom salts. And don’t forget to get in some protein or something healthy after like Shakeology. Make your own smoothy. Grab 12 almonds. Eat 2 hard boiled eggs. And don’t forget the water!
P. S. I know not everyone has the time to relax with an Epsom salt bath, but try to treat yourself with one at least once a week. You only need 15-30 min. Make time for you.
