I love being creative with my food. For the most part it ends up being delicious. Stir fry’s are great on the fix. Be creative with the spices/herbs and the types of veggies and meat you use. Bring in some variety. There are lots of different veggies out there to try.The following is from an Instagram post during my first round of the 21 Day Fix.
Be creative with your food! I threw in snow peas, shredded carrot with some ginger and garlic. Lean hamburger done with onions, garlic, and ginger. I added the hamburger to the veggies and let cook a little bit. I added baby spinach at the end. Put in a bowl and topped with sunflower seeds.
1 red, 2 green, 1 orange, 1 tsp (for those doing #21dayfix )
