I love being creative with my food. For the most part it ends up being delicious. Stir fry’s are great on the fix. Be creative with the spices/herbs and the types of veggies and meat you use. Bring in some variety. There are lots of different veggies out there to try.
Be creative with your food! I threw in snow peas, shredded carrot with some ginger and garlic. Lean hamburger done with onions, garlic, and ginger. I added the hamburger to the veggies and let cook a little bit. I added baby spinach at the end. Put in a bowl and topped with sunflower seeds.
1 red, 2 green, 1 orange, 1 tsp (for those doing #21dayfix )
