Saying NOThe following is a post from Instagram on my first round of the 21 Day Fix. It only took 17 days to be able to say NO! and be ok with it, but I did it and so can you!

Don’t these desserts look delicious? I had to prep them for a community lunch today. Normally I might have one, but today I said no and it wasn’t hard to say no. I’m on Day 17 of the #21dayfix and I’m finding I’m not craving sweets like I did before. I’m sure it’s because of the balance of healthy foods I am eating instead of the junk. It’s great to know I can say No and not feel deprived. Sweet fruit seems to be doing the trick!
