21 Day Fix: The Workouts

21 Day Fix WorkoutsToday I feel it. The good pain in my muscles after doing the Total Body Cardio Fix Workout yesterday. I feel it in my legs. In this workout there is a combination of cardio moves with weights including a lot of squatting. My muscles are in recovery mode. The pain will go away but there is just enough muscle pain that in the olden days I might have chosen to stop and not press on. Continue reading
