I saw a similar challenge on a blog I follow and I looked at a few others from searching on Google. There is no fun graphic for this one, just a list. (Update: after I wrote this blog this pic popped up on Google pictures so I snagged it.) I know Jillian would say to add in some weights and do something with your arms in there. But for now, I’m going to try it out. Let’s see what happens in 30 days!

This is my second day on the challenge and my upper thighs are killing me but I am not stopping. I’m doing this to tone my body but also i could not get my husband to lose weight or exercise , so I came up with this challenge and made it a competion between us. WOW I’ve never seen him so determined to win.. I will do what ever it takes to help him and me to get healthy.. I can’t wait to see my results….

It’s my 7th day and there’s not much pain in my thigh as it used to be in first 3 days. I can see some minute changes. Excited for the results. I have a question, have you continued after that 30 days or you just stopped there?
Hi, that’s great you are doing the squat challenge. To answer your question, I did not do it again, but I’m sure you can repeat it as often as you want.
